Q: What are some of the positive/healthy daily habits you practice?
A: I have a pull-up bar in my room, and every time I walk in, I do 10 pull-ups. Another habit of mine is once a month I call my cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family members, just to catch up with them and let them know I love them and hope they’re well.
Q: What are some of your interests and hobbies?
A: I try to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and go to the gym 4 to 5x a week. I enjoy working out because I always feel better when I’m active and when I eat healthily. I also run a business on the side as well. It’s a smoothie/gourmet ice cream store. I also love to read books, rap and write music.
Now, I’m really into non-fiction books about success and personal relationships. For me, reading is an escape from reality. It also helps me improve myself. Reading expands your brain and allows your mind to go so many places that it might not normally ever go.
My passion for music is related to my love for building relationships based on mutual growth and respect, and creating artistic expression allows me to pass on my feelings to others; I feel like each individual has an infinite capacity for creation and love, and when you create something special for yourself, someone else can hear it and have similar feelings as you, which is why I love sharing my emotions
Q: Why do you choose to wear Habits 365 gear?
A: Since it is a relatively new brand, not many people own the gear; wearing it allows me to be unique in that respect. The logo is inspiring and I love the message of promoting a healthy lifestyle. The Instagram feed is awesome, and it is really great that Habits 365 is using credible people to build the brand. I support the overarching scheme of what the message is trying to convey, and I’m very in tune with it and proud to be part of the movement.
Q: How do you think you wearing Habits 365 could inspire others to do the same?
A: I am a very outgoing person, so if someone sees me wearing something
cool, I will engage in a conversation with them about what Habits 365 is, how it makes me feel, the movement aspect and the positive reinforcement message behind it.
Q: What do you want to accomplish in the next 10-15 years?
A: I want to save up as much money as possible and buy several houses; I want to rent them out, package them together and sell them to a real estate investment company. With that money, I’d love to then build residential towers in big cities.
