It feels like we are in a limbo of being frozen in time as days speed past us, losing track of time which then quickly turns into losing track of what day it was. Waking up to the unknown feels like a warped version of reality in a sanctuary that is supposed to protect everyone.
At Habits 365, our goal is to spread positivity and push beyond the barriers to continue to move onward and challenge ourselves, both long term and in your everyday life. One might ask how to continue to live your life with the madness going on in the world right now, but there is a way to keep treading along in the healthiest and most positive way. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, even on days filled with darkness.
There are a few key things to keep a mental checklist of while trying to make sure you keep in line with living a productive lifestyle in these times. To take care of yourself, do something once a day that is just for you:
- Give yourself some time to read at your leisure
- Allow yourself to do that task that you’ve been putting off because you’ve prioritized work or school.
Aside from doing something once a day for yourself, there is also strength in numbers. Relying on the people around you will keep you level headed and positive each day and moving forward.
Spreading love during this time is something we all desperately need, even if we don’t say it out loud. Inquiry is love, encouragement is love, listening is love, and understanding when you need to have these conversations or when you need to do something for yourself is love.
By reflecting and improving, you’ll always be one step closer to living everyday with a light shining so bright of positivity, and it will promote pride in yourself and the people you surround yourself with to continue productive and positive behavior and habits.
