Q: What should I do if I received the wrong size?

A: Email us with the subject line WRONG SIZE and tell us your order #, the item you ordered and the size you would like.

Q: What should I do if my discount code isn’t working?

A: If the discount is valid, it should work at checkout. However, if it does not email us with the subject line DISCOUNT and tell us the code you tried to use.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Depending on your location, it could take up to 3-5 days. Our HQ is located in New York, so the closer you are, the sooner you will receive your order!

Q: What should I do if I haven’t received my item?

A: Be sure to make sure that you did not place a pre-order. If you did, it could take 2-4 weeks to be shipped. If you did not place a pre order, check the tracking number. If you do not have it, email us with the subject line NEED TRACKING.

Q: Can I pick my item up?

A: If you live in New York City you can! Email us with the subject line NYC ORDER and we will instruct you with further details.

Q: How can I become a brand ambassador?

A: Email us with the subject line BRAND AMBASSADOR and we will take you through the application process!
