What should I do if I received the wrong size?
Email us, firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line WRONG SIZE and tell us your order #, the item you ordered and the size you would like.
What should I do if my discount code isn't working?
If the discount is valid, it should work at checkout. However, if it does not email us with the subject line DISCOUNT and tell us the code you tried to use.
What is the cancellation policy, can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after 60 minutes, even if it has not been shipped yet. Please review your cart and/or contact us at email@example.com with any questions before finalizing your order to avoid any issues, indecision, or confusion. Thank you.
What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. You will receive store credit if your item is damaged or unsatisfactory. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item is damaged upon arrival back to us, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
What should I do if I haven't received my item?
Be sure to make sure that you did not place a pre-order. If you did, it could take 2-4 weeks to be shipped. If you did not place a pre order, check the tracking number. If you do not have it, email us with the subject line NEED TRACKING.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location, it could take up to 3-7 days. Our HQ is located in New York, so the closer you are, the sooner you will receive your order!
Can I pick my item up?
If you live in New York City, you can! Email us with the subject line NYC ORDER and we will instruct you with further details.
Where is the rest of my order?
Depending on the order, some items may be shipped out separately. The other item(s) should come within the next 2-6 days.
It says my item has been delivered, but I do not have it?
The package is white and may be in your mailbox, if not your porch. Once it reaches USPS facilities, it is no longer in our control. If you are still unable to find your item, please reach out to your local USPS for assistance and send us an email if you would like more assistance.
